October 25, 2025 - In a closed session, Commissioners confronted Harbor tenant Fisherman’s Catch for failure to pay debts owed to fishermen totaling approximately $765,000. Principal owner Peter Nguyen is several months in arrears in bringing his accounts current. Though taking no official action such as eviction, the
